We have just returned from the Asterias beach hotel on the 16th May. The hotel has just recently been refurbished and our room was large and bright with a good size balcony. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. We did not have a safe in our room (339) but they still seemed to be adding finishing touches, however we... More

I am much obliged to you for your generous praise and suggestions in your review. I can confirm that all rooms will have safes. There is a slight delay to the arrival of the new safes for the 12 new rooms. All other 199 rooms already have their own safes. I'll take up your comments regarding the strength of the... More

I came across this hotel by accident whilst looking on Goole earth and liked the look of the location and beach so booked a weeks holiday. Just returned and it was fantastic. The hotel is right on a stretch of beautiful powder soft sandy beach and the water is crystal clear and there are also two other bays very close... More

I am extremely grateful for your favourable review of your recent stay with us. I am happy to inform you that the new buffet labels identifying each dish are now ready and in use in our new buffet area. I'll see the head chef, Sotiris, to see if we can't get the food to stay hotter in the chafing dishes.... More

Just returned from a lovely week at Asterias. We arrived late at night, there was food in our room but the room was on the small side. The following morning asked the reception staff if there was any chance of changing to a bigger room, we changed room within the hour. The reception staff were so helpful, actually all the... More

Guests here 18th April for 2 weeks. The hotel is on Makrinossis Bay which has a beautiful beach with amazingly clear sea. Swimming was great although a little on the cool side. We had a upper floor room with lovely views over towards Ayia Napa. Our room was spacious, light and airy with good wardrobe and drawer space. Mini fridge... More

stayed here 15th 22nd april, with my wife & daughter. checked in just before midnight, by night porter/ night receptionist, allocated room 241, need a taxi (almost !) to get to the room. you see, the guest rooms are linked to the rest of the hotel by an enclosed walkway- about 90-100ft long, housing the shop, hairdressers, etc, then, once... Sincerely grateful for your time and attention to detail in compiling your review. I should point out that this hotel is a medium size, low rise resort. The distances from the lobby to some of the furthest away rooms may, therefore, be an issue for someone less mobile. To mitigate this I can recommend requesting a room (even after check-in) nearer... We just returned from an absolutely fantastic holiday at the Asterias Beach Hotel. We stayed for one week, all-inclusive and had a garden-view room. The hotel is still being renovated in some areas, but our room and wing had recently been completed so that we could enjoy a brand new room with excellent equipment and furniture - the mattresses and... First time we've stayed here and first time in Cyprus. We did half our holiday in Protaras and the other here. I found the beaches nicer in Ayia Napa and this hotel was very good. When we stayed the hotel was still undergoing renevation work but it looked really impressive and modern. The food was very high standard and the... More

Although at first we were really anxious on our stay in your hotel, the whole experience proved to be of great quality. The food offered was absolute quality to say the least. Moreover, the sport facilities that the hotel possessed were pretty good. Finally, I would like to congratulate the staff for its professionalism throughout our stay. Looking forward for... More
