Spent two nights in Ronda at Baraka with my wife. This is a cozy, homey B & B in the old part of town. The owner, Anahid, was very welcoming and provided excellent advice on local sites and restaurants. My only gripes (and they're minor) would be a stronger wifi signal that extended into the rooms and "do not disturb"... More

This is the place to go for jaded travellers yearning for a B&B where they can feel at home. It mirrors the warm personality of owner-operator Anahid. Ana as we call her welcome us from the first moment and left a lasting impression on my wife and I. There is something about the place that is so peaceful and inviting.... More

This is a very comfortable B & B with everything you need. The rooms are decorated in an artistic way. There’s an attractive rooftop terrace with excellent views. Breakfast is included and is very good. The location is brilliant – in the old town and close to the Puente Nuevo. The owner, Anahid, is welcoming and very friendly. Her recommendations... More

Dear Maureen Thank you very much for your lovely review. I appreciate it very much. I also enjoyed your stay here with Amy. It was a surprise that Baraka was recommended by Anais (correct name?). I hadn't seen her nor heard from her for ages. Anyway, thanks again and hope all's well for you. Love Anahid More

This was my second time staying at Baraka, and I have to say that it continues to be one of my favorite places to stay in the world! Anahid is welcoming, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are neat. Everything is so well decorated! And the rooftop terrace... wow! A unique property and true getaway!... More

We loved our stay at Baraka B&B in Ronda. Anahid, the owner, was so welcoming upon arrival and was very helpful in orienting us to this magical and historical town. She also helped us with train and bus information before we arrived. She was very responsive via email as we planned our visit. You walk inside, and you are completely... More

Dear Daniel and Mindy Thank you so much for your wonderful review of Baraka on TripAdvisor. The pleasure was mine in meeting you and getting to know you a little. Our conversations still go round in my head and a few times I was tempted to send your some links to some articles (I may do so in the future).... More

We spent one night in this B&B and it was a bit disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one there. It was closed and no one answered the door. Luckily the lady from the hotel next door had a spare key and let us in. When she left, we were alone in an empty house. How unwelcoming. The next... More

I had the most marvelous 6 days at Baraka B&B! My room was perfect in every detail. I loved the decor and the personal touches everywhere- from the heater in the bathroom that warmed me after my shower, the gorgeous fabrics on the bed and drapes, and the yummiest breakfast each morning with a variety of breads and jams, eggs... Everything is great: a) the location - can't get any more central than this b) the host - Anahid is warm, kind and her recommendations are spot on c) the breakfast- taken in that small covered patio, eating fresh fruit and toasts while chating with other guest couples at the solo table d) the room, set to a quiet street,... Anahid is a fantastic host and I can agree with the positive reviews already written. She had a little book of restaurant recommendations which I would use because the 2 restaurants we tried from her recommendations were spot on (try Traga Tapas for tapas with a twist at a reasonable price and Puerta Grande for delish food with huge portions).... Anahid is a lovely warm, welcoming host. She is a great advocate for Ronda and helped us greatly with what to see, do and where to eat. The B and B is spotlessly clean with tea making as well as a stunning terrace. You would not know you were in the old part of town because it is just so... More
