I have stayed at this hotel twice before . I like it a lot . My only observation is that at breakfast ( buffet ) the guests often almost fight for the food but that is more a matter of being polite with others than a problem of the hotel . More

Unexpected layover in San Juan on my birthday turned from disasterous to fabulous by Mariana. She booked us a great room, was so helpful, recommended a local restaurant that served us a paella feast with coconut and mango sangrias. Breakfast by the pool the next day was delicious, too.
