“beautiful hotel friendly staff”

wonderful hotel helpful and friendly staff best staff member the guy who worked at the tea shop be day he was lovely couldn't help enough and always smiling and chatty spoke very good English, he brought us tea up to our room complete with cups a tea pot milk and chocolates lovely touch! we also brought the wrong plug and...
