Stayed for a night last Spring. We booked a junior suite but it was under maintenance when we reached the hotel. This hotel is very nice but they have some issues to resolve. First it is a 4 star rating and the layout, design, bathrooms, beds and amenities are on that scale. However in the large scale they forgot to add airconditioners to the rooms and on top of that they don't even have any sort of ventilation built in either.... More

stayed for two nights and had no complaints. Hotel is 5 mins walk from tram network. Parking available for free in nearby streets. Some great local bars/ restaurants nearby. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was buffet style and plenty of choice availalbe. Free WiFi within the hotel.

Just got through with a two day stay at the Askania. If you are researching the location on Google Earth you will not see the restoration of this "new" Hotel (since 2010).
