We found the staff very helpful, food good, cleanliness excellent, very good position. We only had a bad night's sleep on our last night and that was the fault of VERY rowdy folk leaving the pub across the road and that could happen in any location. I cannot fault this hotel for anything. Immaculate room, superb staff, good breakfast, good location, etc. The taxi driver over charged us from the train station to the hotel.
