Don't bother coming for business trips because they have like two irons for lending and if people dont return them, you're pretty much screwed. “Lovely hotel - great location!”

Lovely hotel, the breakfast was very nice! Great location for transport - right next to a major metro stop. Rooms very nicely decorated, very happy! Make sure to go round the back of the hotel - there is an AWESOME italian restaurant (Al Capone's I think) which we didn't find until we almost had to leave.

Check-in was smooth except they requested me and my hubby both to fill out an info card each which i thought was unnecessary.. “Rude front desk”

Checking in was much harder and took much longer then it should have. She got frustrated with speaking English and sent us in the wrong direction. You get what you pay for, soap was a huge, reusable watered down bottle. Bed was rather lumpy, thank god for Advil PM!
