Receptionist is extremely rude and housekeeping won't actually clean your room or refill soap. In short, this hotel needs to take up HotelService101. We as tourists, on the other hand can get a much better hotel that is central to Old Town. This one is pretty far and secluded. Not safe for a solo traveller like myself (female). More

The hotel is located next to a large convention center where we needed to go. Great buffet breakfast, clean rooms and superb airco ! Diner food is on average but price is ok. More
