It is a great hotel, with almost everything you want to enjoy staing in Prague. The staff is great, polite, prompt, rooms are clean and very quite and has a very good and diverse breackfast. The hotel is near a metro station, but is far from the city center. Keep that in mind. Also is verry crouded with "hoards" of... More

We walked in to a cigarette smoky foyer packed with noisy youth groups. Lifts take two persons only to small out-dated rooms. Hospitality tray not filled up after the first night and canteen 'go and grab' breakfast with poor quality food products. No other fruit but bruised apples and notices to say no taking food to be taken away from... More

OK this is a 3 star hotel, but it does not justify the mean spirited attitude in the hotel - a tea bag per person in your room as a welcome drink on your first night only, however long you stay for example- and the staggeringly rude reception staff and indifferent staff in the refectory. Yes it seemed like a... More

Lobby was cool but room was quite hot! 28c I was told they don't turn a/c on until June! No breeze and noisy road below makes sleeping difficult! If you can stand the heat, book this hotel. More

I stayed here as the chaperone of a student trip. It was a mill to host as many large groups as possible, with no thought to safety or comfort. Most of the student groups were WILD and the chaperones hung out in the bar. When I went to reception, they sent security, but he threw his hands in the air... More

Staying at the hotel was horrible. We had property stolen from our suitcase (which when we reported it, nobody seemed to care about) and our whole room smelt of sewage... needless to say it wasn't the best hotel we stayed in on our tour of Eastern Europe. Make sure you visit Prague (just make sure you don't stay at the... More

We stayed at Hotel Duo as a group of 3 couples. We requested adjoining rooms, and this was granted, we were on floor 9 in tower B. We really appreciated being seperated from the youth groups who were using the hotel, they were no trouble, but as independant travellers we appreciated using the smaller, quieter Formanka restaurant for breakfast and... Stayed at the Duo for 5 nights with 13 lads and 7 Dads whilst we were in an youth football tournament. The hotel is in need of a refurb as it is starting to look old. The staff seemed OK but not the friendliest I have come across, none of them seemed very happy at their job. As part of... More

The hotel would be good value for the price in case they changed their staff + SMELLY bathrooms. Me and other 3 people got stuck in the lift and they let us waiting 30mins without leting us know what happend and when they're going to fix it! (I think it's not neccesary to describe how you feel in the lift... More

If you don't have the cash to stay in a boutique hotel, and you want to be in a quieter area, this hotel is great. The metro, just around the corner, gets you to Wenceslas square in 13 minutes. It's modern and well signed. If you want to go to the mall, it's a 3 minute metro ride, and a... More
