Having travelled and stayed in hotels all over the world, this is a great value hotel in a great location and with hard working staff. The hotel is easily accessible to the centre of Prague via a short 10 minute walk, and also very close to an underground station. We would recommend this to others. More

I stayed at the Raffaello with my family while visiting Prague, and it was quite a disappointment for us. The hotel is presented as 4-star but it's not remotely a 4-star hotel by usual standards. Stayed here with my wife for Christmas, we where greeted by a very pleasant receptionist, who explained everything in very good English. Room was neat, tidy, clean and very warm.
