We arranged for a driver from the airport, which started off our stay in the best way possible. The efficient, welcoming staff made sure we were comfortable as we went through the check in process. The offer of OJ or sparkling wine set the tone of the hotel. We had a spacious sweet suite [#402], with a double heart comprised... More

Don't be fool by the word boutique, this property is a Palace-Mansion converted to a hotel, so the rooms are really spacious and you can get an upgrade to a river view room for a few more euros. Less than 5 minute walk to St. Charles bridge , the main plaza and the historic center. Quiet, elegant with a front desk... More

We recently visited the most incredible city on Earth - Prague! Not only was the city exceptional but we were so very lucky to stay in the Mamaison Suite Hotel Pachtuv Palace. This boutique hotel is magical from the moment you are personally greeted by the receptionist to the moment you sadly must return home. We had booked a deluxe... More

We were recommended this hotel by a friend who had stayed here earlier. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is very well located just a minute from the river. A short walk to almost every sight worth seeing. We had a huge suite on the top floor ( long trudge up two flights of stairs) Large sitting are with... More

We stayed here on our first night in Europe. Friendly, helpful staff greeted us and immediately upgraded us to a junior suite. How wonderful it was to spend 3 glorious days here. The suite was comfortable and spacious with a huge bathroom, living room, kitchenette and the bedroom was overlooking the Charles Bridge. I spent many hours gazing from the... More

This is an impressive hotel which is perfectly located for exploring Prague on either side of the Charles Bridge. The bridge is extremely close to the hotel. If you go over the bridge there are all the delights of exploring Prague Castle otherwise only a short distance from the hotel in the opposite direction is the main square. It would... More

We stayed for 3 nights in May and were thrilled to learn we were upgraded to a Junior Suite on check in. The staff are friendly and discreet - we loved the 'low key' check in area which was more like a big living room with lots of elegant furniture and great art. Our suite was stunning, with a four... We stayed for 3 nights in May 2012. We had an executive suite (room 505). It was a huge suite over 2 floors with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Downstairs are the toilet, an open plan dining room, kitchenette, and very large lounge. It is a shame that, due to planning restrictions, the windows to the front facing the Charles... More

We booked this hotel and pre-paid our stay for 5 nights. Upon arrival we were immediately told that there was no room available nor was a reservation confirmed. They blamed our travel agent yet we had as did our travel agent , written confirmation of both payment and reservation. The Staff were un- friendly and defensive. We were told they... More
