Doesn't live up to claims - threadbare towels, sheets don't fit the bed, some staff rude and unhelpful. Very small airless rooms not very enticing. Fire safety a concern with the fire escape in the middle of the building. Wouldn't stay here again. Location central to new town and old town but overall disappointing.

Nice location,the room was comfortable and stylish, with an array of lighting and electric gadgetry that was very surprising. The staff are very helpful and excellent breakfast and bar,the hotel is located just 10 minutes to Charles bridge and 2 minutes of Mustek metro. and 5 minutes to Wenceslas square.

Spent 3 nights at this centrally located hotel - ideal to get to most of what one would wish to see in Prague with metro and trams nearby as well. Just spent three nights here via a BA offer. Staff very friendly, rooms small, but very clean, with very good bathroom amenities. Room very clean and comfortable, with cheerful red carpet and curtain, brilliant white sheets and duvet covers, twin beds extremely comfortable.
