Overall our experience was very good in this hotel. Our deluxe room was very spacious with a walk-in closet. Bathroom is clean and modern. The only downside of this hotel is the free breakfast. Quality and presentation was not so good. Location is okay but you will need to walk about 20-25mins to Old Town which can be tiring after... More

The rooms are spacious and are really clean The location was perfect, not far from Prague Castle and only a short walk from Charles Bridge and the Old Town. Breakfast in the hotel was nice. Service was really good and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is nice and quiet.

We stayed at the Three Storks from May 29th to June 2nd 2013. Upon arrival we were offered an upgrade to a larger room for 25 euro a night. We looked at the rooms offered and decided on a bright room on the 2nd floor eith 3 large windows. The hotel was expecting us and the check in was quick... More

I visited the Hotel Three Storks and had a fantastic stay! For the amount we paid the value was great. The rooms are really spacious with plenty of room for luggage/clothes etc. The rooms are really clean and have a TV, DVD player, hairdryer and toiletries supplied (shampoo/body wash, emery boards, cotton wool pads, cotton buds and hand/body lotion). The... More

Wonderful quiet, petite hotel--great staff--sumptuous breakfast. Nice rooms--only complaint is that many rooms do not have good views--but who cares--you should be viewing wonderful Praha from this great location. Bit pricey except on weekends.

Prague is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful cities on the planet. It is a small Baroque and Art Nouveau jewel, full of music and art and cafes and some of the best beer ever made. That's why The Three Storks is such a great choice: because it is small and lovely and situated in a magnificent neighborhood,... More

Fantastic location situated in the Senate area of Prague but within short walking distance of the Charles Bridge, the Old Town, Kampa Island and the Castle. Some great little restaurants and bars all nearby too. The hotel was clean, tidy, modern and very reasonably priced. Breakfast, included in price, served 0700-1000 meant that you were not rushing so you could... More

My wife an I spent 8 nights at the Three Storks in second week of April. Room was beautifully appointed and meticulously cleaned each day. The restaurant Is very good and dinner and wine were keenly priced by hotel standards. Breakfast was fine (have heard others say bland) but we were happy. Reception keen to SELL everything rather than simply... More

I booked in the Hotel Three Storks for my parent's 40th wedding anniversary. They wanted a central location, a clean and convenient accomodation and a touch of comfort, without being ostentatious. They came back extremely happy with the hotel, the room, the castle view and the quality of the guest service. They are usually very difficult in the field of... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
Newly opened luxurious design hotel is located in the very heart of the historical centre of Prague near the Charles Bridge and the Old Town as well as all other monuments. It offers a fantastic view of the Prague Castle and the Wallenstein Palace. Enjoy the harmony of the preserved renaissance interior and progressive design by the best Czech architects. All hotel rooms are equipped with unique design furniture, futurist bathrooms, air conditioning with individual controls, LCD television, DVD players with a rich choice of DVDs, high-speed WiFi Internet connection, a desk and a safe deposit. In the renowned Wallenstein pub you can engage in an unforgettable culinary experience. You can also enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink in the cosy lobby bar or the hotel's glass patio. Breakfast is served in the form of a rich hot buffet. An air-conditioned fully equipped conference room for 30 persons is available for conferences, business negotiations and presentations. A limited number of parking places is available directly in front of the hotel. The first mentions of the house, sometimes also called Altmann House or House at the Kings Magi, date back to the 14th century when, in this locality, the Augustinian Order founded the first Monasterial Brewery of St.Thomas. The only reminder of this period preserved until today is a large Gothic cellar. In the first half of the 17th century, the house was reconstructed in the Renaissance style and given the name of House at the Three Storks and a house sign embossed with three storks. Today's appearance of the facade comes from the Classicist reconstruction in 1794 and 1820, when the connection with three neighbouring buildings resulted in the current aspect of the whole house. The facade with the house sign on a stone plaque and the main portal date precisely from this period. In the 1930s, the history of the renowned Wallenstein restaurant, named after famous Czech aristocratic family and frequented by number of well-known personalities, started evolving in this house. The name of the House at the Three Storks has its implication. The stork used to be a carrier of good news and blissful home. We strongly believe that every visit to this house will comply with the Latin saying originally placed under the house sign: "Frustra mundus invidet, quando Deus providet" - "The world envies in vain, when God takes care." ... more   less
