The hotel is located in a walking distance from the Katowice railway station (next to the 5-star Hotel Monopol). The rooms are quite small and basic. The hotel is near the center, but for my 1-day visit in Katowice this wasn't so important. Rooms are nice and clean, and bed let me sleep fine.
