A great hotel with lovely rooms, and a gorgeous lobby area. Brilliant in-house vodka bar with knowledgable, helpful barmen. Excellent service from the front desk too. Spacious rooms with tea/coffee facilities, and an excellent location right by the Wawel castle. Walkable to the old town and to Kazimierz.
