Definitely above average facilities, with great room, breakfast, and nice pool with a view over the river. Walking distance to a shopping center, a slightly bit longer walking distance to the city center, but we did it a few times without any problems. Qubus hotel is a bright modern and well equipped hotel which offered excellent value for money.
