A bit far from city center, but located in quiet area. It is quite hard to find that hotel, it is hidden between some military buildings. Many conference rooms there, small restaurant with good food and alcohol. Standard rooms with comfortable beds, tv, mineral water, free wireless internet and breakfast included.
