This is the only hotel I have stayed in Warsaw. I liked: - The reception desk (people were -generally speaking- helpful). - The size of the room (although we got an upgrade). - The hotel's location. - XBOX / Kinect. At least my son did :) I disliked: - The intelligence of the people that cleaned the room (if we... More

I love Novotel and I always look forwards to staying in one when I travel, but Warsaw Centrum really ruined it for me. I think it must of been a combination of the surly bellman, the tired looking rooms, the "free" Internet that you had to request a new code for every hour, the cleaning staff that where consatntly trying... Having seen a number of four star hotels offer very attractive rates, I decided to stay here instead of my usual three star choice, expecting to see the benefits of my choice. Whilst first impressions were good in relation to the size and decoration of the main room, plenty of storage space and new TV and good air-conditioning and attractive... More

It is a very nice and high quality hotel, with great atmosphere and comfortable clean rooms. Of course, you pay for all these. Breakfast has everything you need... Nice decoration and nice meeting halls The wireless facility must be improved a little bit, every hour you have to update your code More

The hotel has a spacious lobby. Gotta love the colors. They have 3 stations with free Internet access. You might find it strange but you will find yourself waiting for the elevator for more then 8 minutes. And another 20 minutes outside to get hold of a taxi. More

Located close to the train station and not far from the subway line. Bedding was nice and soft with a duvet. TV only had CNN, BBC and Euronews in English. My room had a mini-bar along with tea and coffee facilities. You have to ask for a code at the front desk for one hour use of wireless internet, although... More

During my business trip I stayed 1 night in a double room at this hotel. I received a room at the 21st floor, with a large view on the flat and monotoneous roofs of the Polish capital. It had a modern design and all needed at a short trip. Tea&coffee facilities (although no hot chocolate I'd prefer ;-) ), a... More
