Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good but dinner was great. They had a charcoal grill. The steak was fantastic and cooked to perfection. The lake was a short 10 minute walk away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a very comfortable, value for money place to stay. More

We had such a wonderful stay at the Union Hotel. Fantastic service. The family room was spacious, cheery and clean. The breakfast in the morning was tasty. We also ate dinner in their restaurant. A 5 minute walk from the lake, this hotel was comfortable with a huge (onsuite) room and continental breakfast included. The manager and his twin brother were so lovely and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was delicious (I had pasta and then goulash) and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel. More

Restaurant was excellant, our meals delicious and cooked on the traditional charcoal cooker right by our table. Our hosts were also the chefs, all most convivial! Located at the top of town means a walk down to the lake - no problem considering other benifits! More
