I have visited Hotel Premium Apartment in Budapest for New Year 2010. I have been with my girlfriend. Their staff are very friendly, the receptionists speak English well and are there to help you 24 hours. The room was surprisingly good to me. Well-equipped kitchen, big enough toilet.
