Loved staying here, had our own studio apartment that was separate to the guesthouse. Located on a cool street with heaps of restaurants and cafes. Easy to walk to most attractions, otherwise it's handy to bus stops and the underground. Gyuri the Manager was so welcoming and friendly and gave us great recommendations. TV wasn't working which wasn't a big... More

We spent 4 nights at Jimi Hendrix last November. The guesthouse is located on a lovely square at an excellent location in Budapest, with most interesting places easily accessible on foot. Peter (the host) and the rest of the staff were very helpful, welcoming and kind. I would definitely go back!

We stayed in a private room for 4 nights and were very pleased with the accommodation. The guesthouse is situated in a pedestrian square with plenty of good quality restaurants/bars nearby. It is located approx 15-20min walk to the heart of the city & main attractions. There is also a metro line close by (5min walk away). The owners were... More

First start withe the positive: Great location on picturesque square with terraces and restaurants, walking distance (10-15 minutes) from city center and Danube, nice and clean room, free use of internet and free wifi. Our room was spacious and airy, with two big windows ,with a double bed in a loft upstairs, so basically we had two floors in our... More

The rooms were surprisingly clean, nice hardwood floor and tile. Some rooms were huge in size, and the smallest room was still decent. The guesthouse was laid out in a way that it was both private and social, depending if you wanted to meet people or just hide away. It was completely your choice. It is located on a "square"... More

Location is just amazing, vibrant, greenery and convenient. Fill stomach or throat in any cafe, all looks worthy a try. The owner Peter is a character, very helpful and had a nomadic appearance. The building itself is just beautiful because of the age. The double room is huge. It has a corridor with 2 big book shelves (although in Hungarian... More

We recently had a weekend break in beautiful Budapest and stayed at the Jimi Hendrix. The guesthouse is located in a picturesque old square, which is both quiet and close to the city centre. The rooms are spotless, very spacious, and are all en-suite. There is a very friendly buzz about the place and the breakfast is delicious, especially the... More
