What an amazing hotel. The most beautiful, stunning and elegant I have ever seen. The front desk staff and concierge were very efficient and informative. The doormen were just excellent. They provided information about the city, umbrellas for when it was raining, water for when it was hot… and all with such impeccable mannors. They really made our stay memorable.
