Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. Hotel looked quite pleasant on the surface, however our room was at the back of the building with a "panoramic view" of an empty lot in a suburban street. The room was absolutely tiny and the two of us could barely move around. There was not one square inch to place personal items...
