Spent two nights near the Tallinn passenger port, a casino with cheap bar, alone in a good room with two beds and a big TV. Quite enough comfort for a hostel. Cold breakfasts were a serious minus but that was overcome by well disposed Russian speaking personnel. Also it would be interesting for a alkotourist an alcohol store next door...
