I've stayed at this hotel several times over the past 12 months:
- location is good, under 5 mins walk to the city centre, about 7-10 mins walk to the old town
- rooms are a good size
- TVs are okay - not flat screen but worked fine
- reception and bar staff were really nice, friendly and efficient...

Lovely stay at Radisson Blu Tallinn, just for one night on business. Was upgraded to a suite with wonderful views over the water. Very reasonably priced room service menu and free wifi make this perfect for business travel. English spoken throughout hotel and v good buffet breakfast.
