The hotel was nice, efficient, and clean. Breakfast was very good. There was a nice bar at the hotel, with reasonable prices. And just great cafe at hotel, lots of cakes, salad and all other goods. Maybe the hotel was quite "nonpersonal", but ok. More

We had arrived via ferry from Helsinki in the afternoon. We took a taxi since we had no idea how to easily get to the hotel. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Maps, directions, etc., were extended with cheerfulness. The walk to Old Town was close-by, probably about 15 mins. We didn't eat in the hotel. Lots... More

Radisson Blue is modern, with all the usual amenities that you expect from a good hotel and yet it is a walking distance to the beautifully renovated old city, so you are at the center of life. The rooms are large, comfortable and quiet, well maintained. The reception desk is efficient and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it... More

I was impressed by this hotel. I found the staff very friendly and efficient. Check in/ out were smooth and hassle free. My room was just a standard but had a great view on the old town (albeit from a distance). Bathroom was nice and cleanliness was of good standard. If I had to offer words for improvement maybe it... Nice hotel for a Soviet era hotel. The rooms were spacious and I had a great view (room 1601) of the harbor. The service was good and the gym was great. The view from the treadmills is awesome, but the pool view is better. Great selection for breakfast. More

The staff was outstanding! Everyone spoke multiple languages and I really apreciated being able to communicate in English with everyone I met. The food was very good, with a great breakfast spread every morning. The resturant seemed to be open all the time, so I was able to eat at odd times. The pool was great for doing serious laps,... We stayed here for 3 nights, and opted to pay for an upgraded room on the 20th Floor. The room was quiet and had a lovely view over the city. However, the room was quite small and there was insufficient space to spread out business papers whilst using my LapTop - which meant that I had to spread my papers... More
