The desk clerk was the most pleasant hotel employee I've ever encountered, not simply polite but seemed actually glad to meet me. We really didn't expect too much for the hotel. Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice. If you really need a quiet room please ask a room from the restaurant building. Shower door was broken and we didn't get remote control for air conditioner. Breakfast was luxurious. Served to tables. Thanks you for the great experience. ;o)... More

It was the best staying in Riga...The staff is very friendly and kind. You can feel yourself as at home...very quiet and relaxing...the restaurant "Gourmand" is also fine, the meals were excellent, food variety and food quality was of the high level... More
