We really enjoyed our 3 nights at the Gutenbergs. The location is right in the old town - an easy walk to all of old Riga and the Art Nouveau district was only about 20 minutes on foot. We stayed there at the weekend. As there is a nightclub opposite, it was very noisy at nighttime. Classical old, floors not even in some rooms (makes you feel as onboard of a ship). Breakfast ok but nothing special.

Very well located in the city close to the centre. Rooms are spacious and decent. the hotel overall has character. I have stayed several times and have found the staff friendly. I have never even in the restaurant so cannot comment on dinners, but the breakfast is of a good standard
