The Toss Hotel is not convenient to town, and the hotel lacks any form of atmosphere. I did discover the trams so that made journeys into riga much more affordable, a taxi from the Bus Station cost about £19 and taxis from Riga about £15. The name of this place might seem rather strange, but don't let that put you off! I stayed here for four nights at the end of August.
