Stayed here in Jan for the skiing. Great location about 100m down a short hill to lauterbrunnen station and the gondola to Murren. We were actually able to ski back to the hotel from Murren using the inferno course. The room was excellent, large and with a bath/shower. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is access no lift so if you have any more than slight mobility problems it could be difficult especially if you are on a higher floor and apart from Trip Advisor reviews there is no prior warning.
