This was our favourite hotel in Cuba. Real 5 star feel to it and lovely rooms which are far better than anywhere else we stayed. We ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed it as well... very high standard (and vegetarian options). Would highly recommend.

There is only one other (small) hotel in Trinidad, so this hotel is nearly always fully booked. It must be the lack of competition that allows this hotel to be so badly run. Wonderful experience from walking in to check out. We were greeted with cool towels at check in . The keys were distributed quickly, our room was great. A good hotel in a nice position on a square, handy for walking into Trinidad old town. Pretty foyer with water feature. Had a large quiet room with a good bathroom. Everything fine. Breakfast and dinner good.

wonderful service here.Greeted with warm towels and cocktails.Nothing too much trouble for staff.Super omelettes made to order at breakfast and lots of choice.Lovely rooms to people watch.Useful shaded park area across the road.Felt very safe here.
