We spent three nights in this hotel May 12 -15. I have stayed in many Hilton properties and this one overall lives up to the name. It is very clean and well appointed with very good service. The location is excellent for touring DC sites and has many dining options nearby. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and it was good.... More

i very much enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden this week. The location is great, just minutes from the major DC attractions. My room was very quiet and comfortable. The only rub was the $35 plus taxes for overnight parking, which is typical for the area. I will definitely return next time I'm in DC. More

We had the unfortunate luck to arrive at this property during a very busy graduation weekend. The on-site parking garage was full! Cars were double parked in front of the hotel so we couldn't even unload. We had to park about a mile away at Washington Plaza and lug all of our gear (including 2-year old) back to the hotel... I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in DC last week while on travel for work. I was pleased with everything there -- the room and general areas were modern, decorated nicely. I was on the 2nd floor, couldn't hear neighbors or anyone in the hall. The bed at first seemed hard when I plopped down on it -- but... More

My brother spent a couple of days at this hotel six months ago and told me it was really nice. So among the many hotels available for the conference I was attending, I decided to chose the Hilton Garden Inn. I spent some time at another Garden Inn property and was really pleased with the result, and this stay confirms... More

For a decent price, you can stay in a spacious room in a great, centralized location which is easy walking distance to the National Mall, monuments, and White House, a decent cab fare away from Georgetown and other communities, and directly across the street from the Metro Station on two train lines. The convenience is really where the value lies.... More

This hotel is spotless, well managed, and close to everything. The rooms are flawless with adjustable beds, microwaves, refrigerators and flat screen TV's. Friendly staff is ready to help with any questions you might have. The White House is only three blocks away, well within walking distance, and cab fare to major points of interest (National Mall, the Smithsonian, the... More

When we booked we looked for a Hotel near the National Mall. You cant get much closer, everything was no more than a 10 minute walk. A mistake by our travel agent meant this wasnt a perfect stay, but the rooms were clean and new. Hardly any dining in the immediate vicinity, you need to go down to Chinatown or... More

The location is really perfect, less than 5 min from the White House. Price was also acceptable for the value. I was helped a lot at the reception when I arrived, and the breakfast was pretty good as well. The only con, maybe a bit too noisy (my room was in 4th floor). More

Two best things going for this hotel are: 1. great location as it's really close to a metro-stop, which itself is really close to union station - good for Amtrak travellers like ourselves; and 2. new establishment with new everything. Two bad points which averaged this place out: 1. we booked the hotel 6 months in advance as a couple... More
