Follws the standard format for this chain but benefits from a central location helpful staff, especially the welcome from Viva! Good breakfast and dinner Only downside was the cigarette butts out on the balcony More

The hotel staff and facility were great! Breakfast was what you would expect, fresh fruit, great waffles, nuts, meat, juices, biscuits & gravy, and much more. Our room was on the top floor north side with a great view of the city to the north. The room was extremely comfortable, well laid out. CVS is right next door, close enough... More

I liked this hotel. We stayed here for 2nts. I had a promo rate, so for me the price was right. Staff was friendly and the hotel clean. The room was very clean, the bathroom spotless as well as the kitchen area for the king studio room we had. The room as also spacey, plenty of room. The bathroom toilet... More

My wife and I are traveling with our girls, 15 & 5. This is the 3rd night of our 5 night stay and it is a fantastic place to stay. Every staff person we have encountered has been so friendly and nice! The location is convenient to Metro services and within walking distances to many points of interest. The front... More

I stay in a lot of Marriott Hotels but this Residence Inn has to be among the very best ... and not just within the Marriott brands. The difference is the friendly and incredibly helpful attitude of absolutely every staff member on the property. My wife and I visited Washington with our grandson. And yes the hotel had a nice... Recently spent 2 nights at the Residence Inn. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was convenient and tasty. It was very nice to be able to travel with our dog. It is an easy walk to the White House and the mall beyond, as well as to Dupont Circle... More

I stayed at the Residence Inn Washington, D.C./Vermont Ave. on a recent work-related trip. The hotel was only three blocks from the McPherson Square Metrorail station, within easy walking distance of several Capital Bikeshare stations, and near lots of downtown eateries. When you walk in, the hotel looks really cramped on the ground floor, but if you go to the... More

After reading reviews and booking thru Priceline I expected a comment to be made at check in. Thankfully, that wasn't the case. We arrived around noon, knowing check in was 4 and asked if they could hold our bags. That wasn't necessary because a room was available for us right away. Every employee went above and beyond in making us... More

I was not pleased when I checked in as the manager on duty said to me, "So you used Priceline", as soon as he pulled my reservation. His tone was haughty and when I requested 2 queens instead of a king (as I had a co-worker decide to stay an extra night) he refused and again acted rude. I know... More

We stayed here for a single night due to the location. My wife works nearby and had pulled numerous 18 hour days to finish a project. To grab a good nights rest we checked in here instead of the long commute back home upon completion of the project. The rooms were big and clean, and very quiet. Bed was comfortable,... More
