The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. It is conveniently located in Washington and you can walk to most of the tourIstic sights in Washington or taking a bus (one block from the hotel) or the underground (three blocks from the hotel). This is a superbly run small size hotel, excellent service, comfortable rooms with a lot of character and all the necessary amenities. Have stayed in other hotels in Washington, but this beats them all with the atmosphere and service. More

If you want something a little quieter and more civilized but close to the action, the Morrison Clark is the perfect solution. It is the antidote to chrome and glass hotels, with comfy historic surroundings. It has a lovely dining room and big front porch.
