I stayed in a room at the Travelodge in Attalla, for the last few weeks before retuning to England. The room was supplied with clean towels, toilet rolls, soap, coffee, and the bed was changed and made up a few times a week. Garbage cans were emptied and supplied with new binliners. the place smelled and was filthy. the lobby isn't even in the same building its across the street from a strip club. ppl in and out of the hotel constantly after dark there was a car in the parking lot were 3 of their tires had been slashed. we got up and left around midnight to go to another hotel.

This reception room was a rathole. The female at reception was sleeping in the back room when I rang the bell, as door was locked. Bell was fastened with tape. Most breakfast items were out of and had to be ordered. No computer, was referred to neighbour motel Days Inn.Ugh! What a miserable place! Shut it down - now!
