I have stayed at many Choice properties over the last 10 years and have not had an experience like this. Arkadelphia is a nice spot to stop over if you are travelling I30. The Comfort Inn is about one mile off the highway and in a quiet area with plenty of parking. There is nothing special about this Comfort Inn, but it gives most of what you'll expect. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it is reasonably priced. We arrived in Arkadelphia at night time and drove around to the area hotels in the dark trying to find a well lighted and secure area to park our car and ask about prices. We were on a family trip in July 2009. We stayed at this hotel b/c we were passing through on our way to Branson, MO. Service at the front desk was okay. The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good and well-stocked. We will stay again if we are in that area. More

our room needed some general maintenance and cleaning , I filled out a comment card and the next morning upon check out the manager told me my complaint was not valid and he charged me $10.00 more than my confirmed reservation stated and he did not want to see my reservation, just told me wasn't his problem.
