Rude owner. No hot water after 9:30 PM. Awful bed, thin pillows, smelly room (even though labeled as non-smoking). Any/all requests met with a refusal or owner simply was not at the desk after 9PM (sign on on window said office open until 10:30). all around - horrible! More
