I think value of this place is good...no luxury at all, but decent. I stayed there for months you really get a certain amount of money back once you check out...The location is good in the middle of North Orlando. Restaurants, bars, cinemas can be found nearby.

If you rent a micro /fridge room be prepared they do not provide towels, or maid service , toilet paper is on you they only provide it once a week heaven forbid someone get sick. The rates are reasonable however there are much better places to stay within walking distance of this hotel, the door had a gap under it... More

Value was good.. Stayed for a week. Didn't know they offered weekly rates.. Rooms are decent especially because you can't find rates that are so affordable with great location.
