Stayed here because it was inexpensive. I really enjoyed my stay. Nice room, great owner who likes to chat. I had the room (facing the sea) to myself and it was cheap (for Belize). I found out about this place through trip advisor. This is a budget traveler's paradise. I stayed by myself and felt perfectly safe as a single female. I have stayed at Amaya's Inn a number of times over the past 3 weeks. “Amazing location at an excellent price”

The hotel is on Front street about 3 blocks from the dock, and overlooks the ocean. There are 3 rooms (I believe they all have one queen size and 2 bunk beds) and one shared bathroom.
