I've stayed in this hotel four times over the past few months. The service has been great. Each time I've stayed on the executive level. The lounge is great, as is the sports bar down stairs. One thing to note is the lounge is close weekends and the sports bar in the lobby gets pretty loud Friday and Saturdays. More

I stayed here because the Intercontinental was full. This is just a couple blocks away from that hotel and the Multiplaza Mall. It is a short walk past the Presidential residence to the mall. The Tegucigalpa Marriot is a very nice hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, with an awesome bed and extra furniture. The bathroom is new with granite countertops. We stayed at Tegucigalpa Marriott from 11.22.2011 - 11.29.2011 and our experience was excellent. Rooms are big and comfortable. There are all necessary amenities including pool, gym and spa. We travel a lot and we found this hotel to have excellent location (next door to the presidential palace) and within a walking distance to several restaurants and a shopping center.... More
