Intown suites provides rooms with bed, a/c, cable tv, fridge, and stove. Everything was fairly new. Had no problem with the staff at check in. Will stay again. Laundry is $1. A bargain. We certainly regret any issues you experienced with your room. While we are indeed limited service, we are designed to provide basic extended-stay lodging needs at an extremely great value.
