We typically stay at large chain hotels, but the reviews were so good this place, it was hard to pass up. We booked 4 rooms for 3 days, and it was a great stay for all of us. We arrived at around 2am, and the clerk was friendly even at that late hour. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They...

We were quite pleased with the 'per night' cost, and the quality of service was excellent. First impressions are a plus. Upon checking in, we were received with such a warm welcome that we instantly felt at home. Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. (or so) until 9:30 a.m., with a choice of hot or cold breakfast items. However if...

Stayed during the Masters and what a pleasant surprise for a motel, very clean, comfortable, affordable, great breakfast, staff pleasant, excellent location, a minute off the I-20 on Washington Blvd, restaurant next door and all around. Recommended for sure, verses other similar category motels gouging $ but not worthy undesirable place to stay. You kow the feeling when you reveiw...

The hot breakfast was outstanding! Crepes, eggs, pancakes, nuts and more. The staff went out of their way to help us. Our cousin and 91 year old Mother was traveling with us and stayed in an adjoining room and we definately will return. There was NO outside noise and we felt very safe. We stayed Saturday night and added Sunday...

I'm a repeat visitor because of the convenience to I-20 and the Masters, plenty of guilty pleasures from every fast food place imaginable and, most important, the kindness of owner David and manager Mary. They provide simple but clean, fresh and well-functioning rooms. The beds are quite comfortable, with damask linen. The bath is simple, with good pressure and shower,...

A clean and confortable room on Washington Rd, approx. 15 minutes walk from the main entrance to Augusta National. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was included with the room. The management provided shuttle service to the golf course for a minimal fee, and souvenier room keys for the patrons.

I stayed on the Sunday evening before Masters week and chose The West Bank Inn based on the reviews on tripadvisor. I just needed a clean, safe and convenient place to stay the night before I went to Monday's practice round. This is a solid, well run property. The staff is very helpful and quite nice. The room was clean...

This was our first visit to Augusta to have a look at the city. We wanted a well located, reasonably priced hotel and thought that the West Bank Inn looked just right. It is a relatively small, independently owned hotel whose owners spare nothing in the interest of their guests. The lobby (despite other comments we have read) was welcoming...

I stayed recently on a Friday Night. Warm welcome, extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean rooms, bed very confortable. Everything was very clean, no musty smells. Room was very quiet. I will be staying often.
