We were very unimpressed with the lack of customer service from both front desk and water park staff; they were rude, unresponsive, and failed to acknowledge guests as they were preoccupied with personal conversations. Honestly have no clue why the bad reviews. New condos, clean, decent waterpark that isn't crowded. What more can you ask? Perfect 2 day get away. If you are a huge waterpark fan, you might be disappointed, but we knew what we were in for.

Bridges Bay is located on East Okoboji Lake. The location is handy to everything in the Lakes region. We rented a suite for two nights in September and found it very comfortable. The resort has an indoor water park - passes to the water park are included with the rentals.

My family has been staying at Bridges Bay for the past 5 years. Excellent location, excellent service. We have a great time every year. This hotel has a little something for everyone...water park/pool for our children. Swim-up bar for the adults. Bracco's Restarant etc. We'll continue with our family vacation for years to come.
