The expensive places in Algiers were full and don't receive good reviews, either, so we chose this. The good things about it: location and cleanlyness. Not so good: old smelly bathrooms with hardly working plumbing, hammock-like beds, terrible breakfast, toilet paper only on special request, horrible noise, all night.
