This hotel breaths Marocco with worn out luxury. It tries to show some tradition with mixes of modern features (e.g. small business center - wireless). My room clearly had its best time. Water came out in parts, airco had problem giving the room some cold air (even outside was "only" 25 deg C), 230 V is not available at all... More

This is not the best hotel in Casablanca, at least not physically, but the staff is truly great. Staying here for my third time, I almost wish I did not have to experience the incredible warmth of these guys, kInd of like a Thanksgiving dinner with all best friends and no relatives. They don't leave you alone. The rooms are... More

We spent 2 nights in this hotel and found the experience better than correct: the room was large and comfortable, the bathroom large and well appointed... The restaurant staff was adorable and went out of their ways to serve us and make/keep us happy. The reception, porter and room services were very professional. Our impression was of a luxury hotel... More

The surrounding is not much althought it is city center but the area is like a low standard area, the price was around 170 usd for a UN agency doing a meeting at their hotel and using their facilities so you can imagine the normal rates. The food was really limited in varities although the Moroccan kitchen is full of... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in May. The staff was outgoing and tried very hard to please. The breakfast buffet is very complete and the guy who was making omelets was very cute in how we worked the room making sure everyone was happy! We were given an upgraded room - a nice corner suite that... More

The room on one of the many club floors could have been anywhere in the world. It had no charm, but was completely adequate. More

The rooms are spacious and tidy but in really good need of maintenance. We stayed 2 nights, one at the start of the trip and one at the end. In the first room the plug for the bath got stucked while my husband was having a shower, so the bath filled and I could not have a shower in my... More

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in March and while the lobby and restarant were pleasant enough our room and the level it was on smelt of damp and mould. We can not understand how the hotel is still part of the Starwood (Le Meridien) chain as it felt more like a 2 or 3 star hotel.... More

The hotel is wonderful, with a large pool and very attentive staff. It is a bit away from the Medina, so you are forced to take taxis if you hope to get into the city. I would give this a 5-star review but the food in the restaurants was horrible! After being in Morocco for 2 weeks, we decided to... More

The hotel is designed and decorated as a good reflection of Moroccan architecture. Centrally located, close to the port and the famous Medina souk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is very good but expensive. The room and beds are large and comfortable enough -although a bit old. The lobby is specifically well decorated and large enough... More
