Hotel in Casablanca Kenzi Basma was very central which made a late afternoon walk/coffee very easy. Balcony door did not have a lock. So anybody could climb in. The wood in the bedroom furniture fell off when you touched it. Food Abdul said the meal would be a menu. When we got to the restaurant they told ut to go... More

Despite the reviews, I found my stay (first week of Feb, 2012) to be just fine. It's not a fancy hotel, and is somewhat run-down, but the sheets were clean, towels were clean, room was clean, if beat up. I'm not sure the walls had seen fresh paint in a few decades, but there is evidence that with old mouldings... More

Booked through Hotels.com at 50% rebate for €75 per night and that is way too pricey! Pros: + 5 min to the old Medina Cons: - Lots of traffic noise from bad windows - Air condition almost heats the air - Staff is rude and don't care - Toilet isn't flushing properly - TV signal is highly unreliable - Unusable... I'd like to review the hotel but I never got past the lobby. Despite my pre-paid web reservation 5 days earlier via Easy Click Travel, they had no room for me. They were very courteous, had my taxi held and sent their doorman with me to the Hotel Rivoli and arranged for a room there, all at no extra cost... More

First stayed here as part of webtourMaroc 10 day tour this was our first night and the last night of the tour. if you book with webtourmaroc be prepared to treat by the tour guide as some sort of mindless individual where he attempts too control what you do daily usually to front one of his little commision scams and... Spent one night here en route to airport. It was definitely on the more affordable side of listings (about 70 bucks) but as others say, NOT a four-star hotel. Lobby is nice, bar/restaurant decent, but the room was bad. Bathroom cabinets missing knobs/handles, cover plates falling off electrical outlets, noisy & ineffective air conditioner that dripped water on the carpet... More

Fairly good hotel located in the heart of Casablanca city. Casa Port train station is about 15 mins walk. The rooms are clean and descent. Its good for the price you pay. Hotel also has a Lounge bar. However, hardly any staff knows English in the hotel and as a result it creates a lot of problem. There is free... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was cold, and the bathroom had seen better days. Everything about this hotel had a run-down feeling. It is certainly not a 4 star hotel. The staff was very unfriendly. We came back after four days and wanted to spend another night befor our early flight. The people at the... More
