Riad Fez Yamanda was the perfect place to stay. Aside from the beautiful rooms, it was relatively easy to find, and the location was great. The staff was absolutely wonderful and even gave us a bigger room for no extra cost. Breakfast was delicious! There was plenty of hot shower water, and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely... More

My friend and i stayed here two nights and loved it! It was relatively easy to find since there were signs directing us where to go. The riad is beautiful and the room was large and very comfortable. The staff was so great - very kind, welcoming and helpful. Definitely stay here if you are visiting Fes! More

My brother and I were visiting Morocco and added Fez after our tour. He had booked us in at the Riad Fez Yamanda and it was lovely. We were greeted with the ritual of mint tea and then shown to the upgraded room. We had the whole Riad to ourselves both nights. The first night we had a glass of... More

The Riad is amazing! The interior has been painstakingly restored and maintained with all the charm of the original home. The rooms were large and airy with beautiful views to the interior courtyard of the riad. We enjoyed the sunsets on the terrace with an unobstructed view of the entire valley. We had a delicious, traditional tagine meal prepared by... More

We spent three nights at Riad Fes Yamanda. The interior is stunning and the roof terrace (seemed to be the highest place in the medina) offers a breathtaking 360 degree panorama of the whole city. The Riad is at the edge of the medina so is very quiet (no traffic) but only a couple of minutes from the main square... More

We had a wonderful time staying at the Fez Yamanda. I cannot describe how breathtakingly beautiful the hotel interior is - Alhambric carved stone work covers every surface of the three-story lobby space, which nonetheless feels comfortable and homey. Everything is decorated in an authentic Moroccan style while providing all of the modern comforts. The rooms and facilities are all... More

I stayed at Fez Yamanda in the Ibn Battouta room at the beginning of December and I must say this was value for money. The room I stayed in was only 60 Euro per night however I had full access to a beautifully restored riad with probably the best terrace view of the medina possible. From the terrace you can... More

If you are looking for traditional Moroccan hospitality in a traditional setting then the riad fez yamanda is for you. If you are looking for they type of accommodation and facilities you get in every other corner of the world I suggest you look elsewhere. The location is fabulous and you can really taste the real Morocco the minute you... More

Initially we were delighted, on arrival we were served with mint tea and the hotel itself is undoubtedly beautiful. After this kind of welcome we decided to stay for dinner that night. When we came down for dinner there was no menu, no choice and the food was quite basic. It was only after dinner on the second night that... More

We stayed in this riad for two nights. We could easily find it as signs lead there from the main square in the batha district. THe first thing that strikes you upon entrance is the greatness of the building. For us foreigners its almost like walking through an old palace museum with all its huge doors, heavy curtains and intricate... More
