Excellent greeting by staff right when you walk in. They try to accommodate your every need. It was our honeymoon so they upgraded our room and put cute slippers on our bed. Loved their lemon and ginger drinks. Service was always outstanding. Beautiful riad, it is older and restored. Decorated with a modern twist. Its located in the heart of... More

This place is absolutely lovely! Once you step inside from one of the narrow winding alleyways of the old medina, it is a breath of fresh air - pristine and well maintained. Very carefully watched over by the owners - a woman from Britain and her husband, a native Moroccan. Both of them were extremely pleasant and they have trained... More

This is the hotel to stay at in Fes. The staff and owner are excellent, they all went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and truly made the stay enjoyable. Rooms are great, very colorful and comfy. We ate at the onsite restaurant and enjoyed every meal and never went hungry. It is a great deal for the... More

I stayed in the Palais Amani for a little less than a week in late March to relax and write and agree with other reviewers that it is a tranquil oasis with excellent food and great service. The staff are extremely friendly and although it is a cliche, they did make me feel in a home from home. The other... More

A peaceful hotel/Riad at the edge of the madina. Spotless rooms, crisp white linen, thick towels, Moroccan decor. Good breakfast, tasty fixed 3 course evening meal. HIGHLY recommended. Advice: to find the hotel, catch a taxi to Oued Zahoune Car Park, and then call reception to send someone to fetch you. Its very close but up a tiny alley way,... More

The property is beautiful, with three levels of rooms around a large lushly planted courtyard. The staff was professionally welcoming, as was the announced bundled tipping policy. We complained about the tiny size of our "standard" room and were promptly given a complimentary upgrade to a "luxury suite" right on the courtyard, with privacy afforded by huge wooden shutters (see... This hotel is so calm and soothing after being out and about the streets of Fes. The rooms all overlook the center courtyard, most pleasant. They greet you with mint tea and cookies. The linens on the beds are very high quality. Plenty of storage and space in the room. Good bathroom furnishings of robes, blow dryer, and niceties. The... More

Due to a series of mishaps in Tanger, we arrived at 4am in the dark and rain. If you aren't used to Morocco, the "ambience" outside the wall is a little sketchy, but when you walk in the door of Palais Amani, you feel immediate relief, warmth, safety, luxury. From the employees through the very kind owners, they aim to... More

We received a very warm welcome on our arrival being served mint tea and biscuits before being taken to our room. The hotel is beautiful and has been very tastefully restored and the gardens are very attractive. Our room was spacious and there was excellent attention to detail. We dined in the restaurant at the hotel and tried lots of... More

The owners of this place must have taken years to reach such perfection. Our suite was huge with a view of the lovely garden, beautifully restored and totally modern yet with the strong feel of the art deco past and the even older Moroccan arts. The service was so personal, caring and helpful, the restaurant so perfect, the location just... More
