This hotel was simply spectacular. Although I had trouble (probably by my own doing) using the hotel's PC, the staff were very courteous in helping through the difficulty. Our room was beautiful and overlooked the pool area. The medina was just steps away.

We stayed here two nights and found the hotel 's general facilities to be in the top quality. However, the tiles in the bath room must be better cleaned because there were some moles there. The breakfast was fine and the wifi was quite fast.

On arrival at midnight I was shown to a room that felt like a prison cell. The Internet did not work, the electrical system was less than safe, extension wires everywhere and there was no free standing shower, not even in the bath.
