I visited Kenzi Farah for a long weekend in December with some friends. Firstly I need to say it certainly isnt the 4 or 5 star hotel it proclaims to be. It is a basic 3 star hotel. Do not take the half board option the food is very bad. I was half board and I had one breakfast one... More

We spent 5 nights in Kenzi Farah Marrakech and had a bad experience. Despite requesting and booking a pool/garden view room, got a street facing room which was so noisy bcos of the traffic that it was impossible to sleep at all. Requests to change the room were declined. The reception staff were far from friendly and cooperative. Were kept... More

We spent 6 nights at this hotel, wonderful for family, and peaceful break. Language can be an issue for none Arabic and French speakers, but one can get by. Staff attitude is “can do and will do". Food labeling is an issue for none meat/fish and vegetarian, some time no labels other-time in French.. Room and room service are okay... More

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, before driving to southern part of the country. The Hotel is quite old but very nice, and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was a self service Buffet, with a good selection to chose from. The large swimming pool is set in the middle of a beautiful garden, and a small indoor is... More

Reading some of these reviews you would be put off to stay here - but what do people expect when you pay these prices. The hotel is somewhat dated but was clean and very comfortable. It is in a quiet safe area of Marrakesh, takes about 15 minnutes to walk to the medina. The breakfast was great - you could... More

We stayed here for a short city break. As said in previous reviews this is definitely not a 5* hotel. Our room was fine for a short stay but let down by not having tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was boring & of a pretty low standard but the freshly made pancakes were delicious. This hotel is situated... More

I'd like to start off by saying that this is a 5 star for the developing world, but most definitely not by European or North American standards, so don't expect it. Go over to the Sofitel (2 blocks away) or other more expensive hotels if that's what you're expecting. Now, on to the hotel. Check in was ok, front desk... More

The hotel is well located only a few minutes walk from the main points of interest. The facilities in the hotel are only 3star as to use the gym or the indoor pool are at an extra cost so as far as I am concerned the price you pay gives you what you would get at any 3 star hotel... More

I was bitterly disappointed with this hotel as it stated it was a 5 star hotel, The rooms where clean and tidy, The location is the best thing with this hotel a short drive from the airport and a 15-20 minute walk to the main square, the staff where friendly and helpful. we stayed at the end of febuary and...
